What is Senior Lending?

At Yellow Tree Capital, we have become more active in senior lending. This means we hold a 1st charge over the property / development in question. Senior loans are priced lower than Mezzanine loans to reflect the reduced risk.

What Type of Senior Lending do we Offer?

  • Bridging Loans– including Land and Property
  • Development Finance
  • Stock Refinance (Exit Finance)
  • Opportunity to combine with Mezz to provide stretch debt facility.

  • We are acutely aware of completion deadlines and work closely with Borrower’s / Solicitors to ensure these timescales are met. This may include regular virtual meetings to address outstanding points. This speeds up the process rather than leaving it all to the Solicitors representing each side.
  • We focus on the South-East of England and are open to opportunities in other strong locations. Recent deals have included Cambridge, Bristol and Bath.
