Montreal Mews, Cambridge

Montreal Mews is the catalyst for an exciting new partnership between two members of the residential property development community, Jonathan Collins who has been active in Cambridge property development since 1988 and Yellow Tree Capital. Together, we form the residential developer, Thornley Developments. Our funding has engaged us in a Joint Venture project, meaning that we have input and influence from start to finish, allowing us to combine our own knowledge and skills with those of experienced developer, Jonathan Collins, which results in a very carefully considered, designed and detailed new home.

Montreal Mews is located in the vibrant, buzzy and cosmopolitan area of Mill Road, Cambridge. Mill Road itself is filled with an array of independent retailers, artisan traders, cafes and restaurants, but is also just a short walk away from Cambridge city centre which hosts all the high street stores you would expect. Cambridge train station is also extremely convenient and has connections to London in under an hour, and the world-renowned Addenbrooke’s hospital is less than two miles away.

Internally, each aspect of the homes at Montreal Mews have been carefully considered, with innovative, sustainable ideas introduced to ensure the homes provide maximum comfort, security and longevity.  From stylish bathrooms and spacious living areas, to Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems and underfloor heating, the homes offer a premium, sustainable living experience. Whilst internally the homes are contemporary and modern, the exterior of the development is finished in a very traditional way, being sympathetic to the local area and history of Cambridge.

The careful design of the development itself, with its stylish kitchens, bathrooms and interiors, the evident quality of the product and the highly desirable location, all combine to make Montreal Mews a special place to live.

Montreal Mews is due for completion from January 2018. For more information visit the Thornley website here, or contact us.
